Stichting Vanguard is a Dutch registered charity foundation with KvK (chamber of commerce) ID 93324847.

In this privacy policy we explain some of the purposes for collecting your data per the GDPR (Dutch: AVG).

If you visit our website you are asked for consent. We use Cookiebot for managing the consent on cookies. you can always change your persmissions, there is always the configuration button in bottom left of your screen.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. Legal basis

Stichting Vanguard has the following legal basis for collecting or processing your data under the GDPR:

Consent : By visiting this site and accepting the cookie consent you give permission to store some information like IP address.

Contract: You have the option to set up a 5-year recurring donation using an ANBI form. Data on this recurring payment must be stored to properly register your recurring donation.

Legal obligation : When you donate money to the foundation, depending on the amount the foundation has a legal obligation to process your personal details (name, address). Processing may be done through our payment provider.

Legitimate interests: There may be other legitimate interests for which processing your data is required.

Security

This website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection including for payment forms. Our external payment provider in addition employs security measures according the current norm for payment traffic. For storage of (personal) data organisational and technical security procedures are used.
